A botulinum injection (such as Botox or Dysport) can only be performed by a doctor. Beauty injections (including lip fillers) use the body’s own hyaluronic acid and can also be performed by a nurse.

Types of fillers and beauty injections:

  • Botox injections or botulinum injections remove wrinkles with botulinum toxin and correct facial features
  • Filler injections or fillers correct facial features (including lips) and fill out wrinkles
  • Biorevitalisation deeply moisturises the skin with hyaluronic acid
  • Plasmalifting or plasma injections naturally rejuvenate, using the patient’s own blood plasma
  • Mesotherapy deeply moisturises the skin with vitamins, amino acids, minerals and hyaluronic acid

Additional treatments include injections against excessive sweating, microneedling collagen therapy, lipolysis and meso-threads.

Polynucleotide biostimulation on the eye area
The first signs of ageing, such as wrinkles and sagging skin, often appear in the eye area. The skin around the eyes has few sebaceous glands, so the area is not naturally well hydrated. The skin around the eyes is also sensitive to fatigue, stress and lack of sleep, which can lead to dark circles and puffiness. The use of polynucleotides (fragments of trout DNA and RNA nucleic acids compatible with the human body) in this area is an effective way to improve the quality of the skin around the eyes.

Indications:

  • problems with skin around the eyes
  • signs of ageing
  • wrinkles
  • dark circles under the eyes
  • dry, dull and sagging skin

The procedure uses the medical CE-certified injectable polynucleotide preparation HP Cell Vitaran. This innovative active ingredient stimulates the skin’s natural regeneration process by promoting the production of skin cells, collagen and elastin. Thanks to the water-binding properties of polynucleotides, the procedure ensures long-lasting hydration of the skin. This biostimulating treatment is known for its good anti-inflammatory properties that protect the skin and reduce the damaging effects of free radicals.

During the procedure, the preparation is introduced into the superficial layers of the skin using fine needles. The procedure is well tolerated and an anaesthetic cream can be used if desired.

Contraindications to the procedure:

  • acute inflammatory diseases, including herpes
  • use of antibiotics and other strong prescription medicines
  • fish allergy
  • autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiency
  • keloid scars
  • pregnancy, breastfeeding (at least one month must have passed since the end of breastfeeding)

What do I need to know before and after the procedure?

  • There must be at least two weeks between the procedure and any vaccinations.
  • Blood thinning medicines (e.g. Aspirin, Marevan) should not be used for three days before the procedure.
  • At least two days must have passed since sunbathing and there must be no sunburn.
  • After the procedure, papules, slight redness and swelling may appear at the injection site, which will disappear within a few hours or days.
  • For two hours after the procedure, we recommend not touching the injection site with your hands, but after that you can wash the skin and use a moisturising cream.
  • You can use make-up products and work out 24 hours after the procedure.
  • Sauna and spa treatments, sunbathing and tanning beds should be avoided for two weeks.
  • Make sure you use sunscreen (SPF 50) for two weeks.
  • It is recommended to undergo the procedure over a course of 3 to 4 treatments at 15 to 30 day intervals.

For more information on the suitability of the procedure, the possible results and the combination of treatments, we recommend that you consult an aesthetic medicine specialist before the procedure.
