Alina Amjaga graduated from the University of Tartu, Faculty of Medical Sciences, with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2021 and a Master’s degree cum laude in 2023. Alina has extensive experience in physiotherapy of children with neurological (including cerebral palsy, myopathies, etc.) and orthopedic problems (e.g. scoliosis, postural disorders, etc.). She has extensive experience in conducting specific physiotherapeutic tests, such as GMFM-88 (gross motor activity test), MMT-8 (juvenile dermatomyositis test), etc. In addition, Alina is a certified Schroth therapist and applies this specialized scoliosis treatment method in her work. Alina has completed various training courses both in Estonia and abroad, including participating in the Neurorehabilitation Conference in Lyon, France, and a scoliosis-specific training for children with SMA in Poland. In addition, she has spoken at the conference “Child and Joint Disease” and given a presentation on the topic of rhizotomy surgery physiotherapy at Tallinn Children’s Hospital.

Children aged 5–18 are welcome to Alina’s appointments.
