Kai Rohulaid graduated from Tallinn University (2006) and has a Master’s degree in psychology (2010). She is an accredited clinical psychologist. She considers continuous education very important. She has done courses on cognitive behavioural therapy (2012-2014) and cognitive behavioural therapy for children and teenagers (2017) and participates in many seminars and training events every year. She is a member of the Estonian Union of Psychologists and the Estonian Association for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.As a clinical psychologist, Kai Rohulaid’s main work is psychological counselling and therapy for youth and adults. She mostly uses cognitive behavioural therapy methods, which are evidence-based, effective and goal-oriented. Kai Rohulaid’s special interest is anxiety and other mood disorders, low self-esteem, childhood trauma and adapting to chronic illness.
