The Digital Clinic consultation is the best solution for patients who need fast primary advice on health matters and do not necessarily require a physical visit. The Digital Clinic is suitable for a wide range of unexpected and chronic health concerns. Doctors are available seven days a week, including evenings, weekends and holidays. You can have a consultation within 15 minutes and no prior booking is required.

For health concerns that arise outside working hours, you can book an appointment for the next morning.

Doctor consultations in the Digital Clinic are conducted via video, phone or online chat.
The consultation fee for Confido Digital Clinic is €20.
The service is reimbursable for voluntary health insurance clients. A digital clinic appointment cannot be changed or cancelled, and money is not refunded.

  • Extension of prescriptions. Prescriptions for sedatives, hypnotics, and narcotic painkillers are not extended at Digital Clinic.

How to use the Digital Clinic?

Enter the Digital Clinic through Confido’s website on your mobile phone or computer. There is no need to download a separate application to use the Digital Clinic.

Authenticate yourself using an ID card, Mobile ID or Smart ID.
Select the reason for your consultation and fill in the questionnaire to help us find a faster solution to your health concern.

Pay for the consultation using online banking, credit card or Confido Health Solution.
You will then be redirected to the digital consultation room, where the doctor will respond within 15 minutes.

When booking an appointment online, you can pay for the service immediately via online banking or credit card payment.

Confido Health Solution

Confido Health Solution clients are reimbursed for Digital Clinic consultations. Please familiarise yourself with the deductible and insurance limits on the Health Solution self-service portal. To book a Digital Clinic consultation, log in and select Health Solution as the payment method.

Voluntary health insurance

This service may be reimbursed based on employer-provided health insurance. Please contact your insurance provider and review the terms and conditions.
If the Digital Clinic services are reimbursable, you can use the consultation invoice received at the email address you provided to file a claim.
