Helen Kadastik graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tartu (2004) and completed a residency in psychiatry (2013). She attends major international conferences in Europe and the United States to improve her skills every year. Her everyday work mostly involves adults with different concerns, backgrounds and challenges in life. Helen is interested in the treatment of various mental illnesses, mainly mood disorders, and has experience in the treatment of depression, bipolar disorder, various anxiety disorders as well as psychotic disorders. She is also interested in pregnancy-related and postnatal psychotic problems and has previously been concerned with addition issues.
