Dr Rein Adamson graduated from the University of Tartu Faculty of Medicine in 1982 in the treatment specialty and completed an internship in surgery at Tallinn Ambulance Hospital (now North Estonia Medical Centre) in 1983. He has worked as a surgeon in various hospitals since 1983. His medical interests are mainly laparoscopic surgery as well as corrective surgery after major weight loss and surgical treatment of abdominal hernias and diastasis recti.
