Triin-Ketlin Siska graduated from Tallinn University with a master’s degree in psychology (2016) and has completed full training in family psychotherapy. She holds qualifications as a clinical psychologist-psychotherapist (level 7), family therapist (level 7), and school psychologist (level 7). Triin-Ketlin is available to assist children, adolescents, and adults with emotional issues (such as anxiety and depression) and behavioral problems, as well as issues related to addiction and co-dependency, including digital addiction. She supports clients in improving their coping abilities by exploring family relationships and facilitating contact among family members, using evidence-based methods from systemic, structural, and emotion-focused family therapy.

For effective family therapy, she involves family members in collaboration with the client. Triin-Ketlin is a member of the Estonian Association of Clinical Psychologists, the Estonian Family Therapy Association, and the Estonian Association of School Psychologists.

She works individually with clients aged 16 and older, and younger adolescents and children are welcome to join her for family therapy.
