Renewal of prescriptions
The first-time renewal of a prescription at Confido Medical centre requires a consultation with our doctor. The cost of the service is based on the doctor’s price list. Based on the consultation, the doctor makes a decision on renewing the prescription.
Voluntary health insurance may cover this service.
For continuous treatment prescribed at Confido, please request renewal one to two weeks before the medication runs out. This will ensure that the request to renew the prescription reaches your doctor in time. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the prescription will be renewed before the medication runs out.
Renewal of Mental Health Clinic prescriptions
Renewal of medications prescribed by the Mental Health Clinic, including narcotic and psychotropic medications, is handled by our psychiatrists.
The service is only available for Confido regular patients.
