The men’s health check-ups offered through the Friends for Life Day are designed by men’s health specialist and laboratory doctors to give men the best possible overview of their main health indicators.
Two health check-up packages are available based on age:
Health check-up package for men up to 35 years old
Includes 10 key blood markers and blood pressure measurement.

Health check-up package for men 35+ years old
Includes 12 key blood markers and blood pressure measurement.

- HDL and LDL cholesterol
- Triglycerides
- Glycohaemoglobin (HbA1c)
- ALAT
- GGT
- Testosterone
- SHBG and FAI (free androgen index)
- Uric acid
- PSA
The results provide an assessment of your general current physical condition, including:
- risk of cardiovascular diseases
- diabetes or risk of diabetes
- liver damage from alcohol, medications or other factors
- testosterone (male hormone) levels
- risk of diseases caused due to high uric acid levels (35+ package)
- risk of prostate cancer (35+ package)
Do not eat or drink for 2-3 hours before the appointment.
The test results will be available in the Health Portal within three working days. With the Friends for Life Day package, you can get your test results interpreted at the Digital Clinic with a 50% discount. Use the code provided by the nurse when booking.
