Regular exercise is essential for maintaining both mental and physical harmony. At Confido Medical Center, our training sessions focus on conscious training, emphasizing correct exercise techniques, personalized approaches, and promoting good health. Group sessions are held in small groups of up to 10 people.

Strong 60

Strong 60 is a group workout that focuses on basic exercises that work a larger amount of muscles at a time. Various training tools are used in the workout: dumbbells, rubber bands, kettlebells, etc. The trainer emphasises correct technique and each participant can choose their own pace. The aim of the class is to feel stronger and more confident after the workout, to increase muscle tone and determination.

Who is Strong 60 group training suitable for?

  • beginners – adaptable according to individual physical fitness
  • advanced and/or recreational athletes, for whom strength training is part of their training programme
  • health enthusiasts who want to improve their overall health and are interested in regular physical activity

Purpose of the training:

  • increase general physical activity
  • develop muscle strength
  • change body composition (with a focus on increasing muscle mass)
  • support physical and mental health through exercise

Important to know:

  • wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes and bring your own water
  • There is a changing room and showers on-site.
