At Confido Medical Center, our training sessions focus on conscious training, emphasizing correct exercise techniques, personalized approaches, and promoting good health. Group sessions are held in small groups of up to 10 people.

Intensity 75
Intensity 75 is a group workout to strengthen physical fitness and boost mood.
During the 75-minute class, participants exercise to music, targeting all major muscle groups, with a focus on aerobic exercises and interval training. Exercises can be done using body weight or additional weights and each participant can choose a suitable pace.
The workout alternates between longer training segments and more intense periods, making it effective and enjoyable. The class starts with a warm-up and ends with stretching. Throughout the training, the trainer pays attention to technique and provides corrections and guidance as needed.
Purpose of the training:
- increase general physical activity
- develop physical endurance
- change body composition (with a focus on reducing body fat percentage)
- support physical and mental health
Who is Intensity 75 group training suitable for?
- beginners – adaptable according to individual physical fitness
- advanced and/or recreational athletes, for whom endurance training is part of their training programme
- health enthusiasts who want to improve their overall health and are interested in regular physical activity
Important information
- wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes and bring your own water
- there is a changing room and a shower on-site
